Last month, Desiree Guedez was promoted to Director of Operations of The Holistic Home Company after stellar performances that guided the company to record sales over the last two quarters. “Her strategic decision making skills, extraordinary creative talents and insights for future sales trajectories have been decisive and exceptional.” says Founder of The Holistic Home Company, Laura Benko. “I’m fully confident that with Desiree in this position, we are poised to continue to grow and reach new heights with the company. Desiree Guedez graduated with a Bachelors degree in Architecture from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela and a Masters in Industrial 
Design from Pratt. In going from architecture to industrial design, she feels it has given her a big picture understanding which has enabled her to zoom in to see the details with a more balanced eye. “I love the philosophy of The Holistic Home Company, where everything is made by hand with the highest quality ingredients and materials. My job here is very hands on. I get to design packaging, create marketing campaigns, engage in new product development and get involved in all day-to-day aspects of the company. Its rewarding.”
Benko adds, “Now that the company is expanding so rapidly, Desiree will also be overseeing more retail and spa accounts. I have no doubt she will help take the company to new heights. She is an extraordinary person.”
